Following the success of our inaugural training courses 2010, we are pleased to announce our 2011 iXBRL training course.
Course Title
Introduction to iXBRL Accounts Preparation
Course Overview:
This course combines both class lectures and hands-on lab work. During the course you will learn how to create iXBRL documents from Microsoft Excel and Word files. You will gain hands-on experience using the HMRC recognised software product “iXBRL Adapter for MS Office”.
A version of the software for non-commercial use is included.
Course Objective:
- Demystify iXBRL and understand the tagging process
- Gain practical experience of working with the relevant taxonomies in time to implement solutions for compliance in April 2011
- Review and update iXBRL documents
- Work with real samples to produce valid iXBRL from Word and Excel documents
