With 850 customers, profitability, and our first outside investment in the business Arkk are building a leadership position in the disclosure management marketplace. We have 6 existing point solutions, a strong new proposition for transforming tax (and addressing the UK’s Making Tax Digital mandate), two new solutions soon to be launched and a technology platform that has a wide range of use cases for improving reporting processes.
We are building a winning team and the Head of Demand Generation will partner with our CMO and Head of Product Marketing (amongst other teams) to build a best-in-class marketing function to drive our ambitious business growth.
The Head of Demand Generation will plan, build and run inbound (web leads, email marketing) and outbound (events, direct mail, promotions) marketing programs to drive and accelerate our sales pipeline.
Challenges you’ll be working on:
Installing a best practice demand generation function within the business
Launching an evolved web presence, driving vast web traffic to Arkk Solutions using the latest digital marketing methods
Helping to build and manage a team of talented content and campaign marketers
We’re looking for someone with:
Sound experience in managing marketing campaigns, content-led marketing, ABM programmes and using digital tools/techniques to maximise marketing outcomes
Metric and data driven: proven track record in achieving business goals
Demonstrable ability to influence others and build strong working relationships across departments
A strong level of understanding of digital channels and platforms (marketing automation, AdWords, Social Platforms)
High level of proficiency with managing and interpreting campaign data – budgeting, reporting, analysis, troubleshooting and optimisation.
Demonstrable experience of taking ownership of the role and the initiative to find opportunities, develop plans that inspire others, and ensure execution through measured results
