Shout out about working in tech

As International Women's Day fast approaches, we sat down and had a chat with Mary Tinnelly - ARKK's iXBRL Team Manager.

Mary has been with ARKK for several years and progressed in her career but understands that many women haven't had the same opportunities as her. We spoke about what can be done to encourage more women in enter underrepresented fields, such as tech, and Mary explained that she believes one answer is for women in tech to be more vocal about their jobs.

We also talked about what role men can play in helping to close the gender gap that exists in many industries.
